Service Description

InfraLink AI Dashboard provides a unified NOC (Network Operations Center) and ITSM (IT Service Management) platform that includes:

  • Real-time network monitoring and infrastructure visibility
  • Ticket aggregation from multiple ITSM platforms
  • AI-powered incident correlation and analysis
  • Customizable NOC dashboards and reporting
  • Integration capabilities with third-party monitoring and ticketing systems

Account Registration and Security

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate
  • Complying with password security requirements and multi-factor authentication when enabled

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InfraLink AI Dashboard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary software or content
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
  • Create derivative works based on our Service
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with various third-party platforms and services. When using these integrations:

  • You are responsible for complying with third-party terms of service
  • We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services
  • Integration features may be modified or discontinued based on third-party changes

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfraLink AI Dashboard, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms and your access to the Service:

  • By Us: For violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice
  • Effect of Termination: Your access will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through:

  • Jurisdiction: Courts of Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction
  • Arbitration: For enterprise customers, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

  • For material changes, we will provide 30 days' advance notice via email
